SHJ Interia, Changchun Fawsn Finalise Technical Agreements for Interior Component Technology

SUBANG JAYA, June 25 – Two technical agreements involving SHJ Interia Sdn. Bhd. and Changchun Fawsn Automotive Trim Co. Ltd. have been finalised to develop and transfer new manufacturing technology for interior components, particularly headliners.

The agreements were received by Managing Director of SHJ Interia Sdn. Bhd., YM Syed Mohammad Hafiz Jamalullail, and representatives of Changchun Fawsn during a Memorandum of Understanding ceremony held here today.

At the same time, the agreements also include guidelines for the establishment of SHJ Interia’s research and development facility, while Changchun Fawsn explores potential investment opportunities in Malaysia.

In addition to SHJ Interia’s technical agreements, four joint ventures and one additional technical agreement were announced at the ceremony, covering the development and application of ADAS systems, braking systems, component manufacturing, automotive lighting, knowledge sharing, and other related initiatives.


SUBANG JAYA, 25 Jun – Dua perjanjian teknikal melibatkan SHJ Interia Sdn Bhd dan Changchun Fawsn Automotive Trim Co Ltd telah dimuktamadkan untuk membangun dan memindahkan teknologi pembuatan baharu bagi komponen dalaman, terutamanya pelapik bumbung.

Sesi penyerahan perjanjian tersebut diterima oleh Pengarah Urusan SHJ Interia Sdn. Bhd., YM Syed Mohammad Hafiz Jamalullail dan wakil Changchun Fawsn pada Majlis Perjanjian Persefahaman dekat sini, hari ini.

Pada masa yang sama, perjanjian itu juga merangkumi panduan untuk penubuhan kemudahan penyelidikan dan pembangunan SHJ Interia sementara Changchun Fawsn meneroka peluang pelaburan di Malaysia.

Selain daripada perjanjian teknikal SHJ Interia, empat usahasama dan satu lagi perjanjian teknikal telah diumumkan pada majlis tersebut meliputi pembangunan dan penggunaan sistemADAS, sistem brek, pengeluaran komponen, lampu automotif, perkongsian pengetahuan dan lain-lain.
